This distinctive extra virgin olive oil is grown utilizing sustainable farming practices. Mission, Sevillano, and Arbequina olives are individually harvested at their peak when they have the maximum aroma and minimum acidity. The oils are later hand blended to create a medium intensity olive oil that is well balanced in fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. Well balanced. Ripe olive fruitiness up front, green tea and tomato leaf, with a persistent peppery finish. Medium intensity.
