This is our new Glaze! There is no other glaze on the market like this. Consider it the "fine wine" of Balsamic Glaze.
It is made from 100% premium balsamic vinegar of Modena, aged 5 years in wood barrels under the care of professional artisans. The recipe is proprietary to the Mandaranos and made in small batches. It is 100% natural! No sugar, starch or color enhancers are added.
